Kennel technician needed: Signing Bonus of $500 payable after 90 days of employment! Free boarding days & daycare for your pets excluding major holidays. Countryside Pet Resort is a boarding facility for cats and dogs just east of downtown Georgetown and we are looking for a new kennel technician. This important position (approx 25-30 hours a week) is responsible for interaction with clients, exercising dogs and cleaning of the kennel. You must be customer service oriented and have kennel tech experience caring for dogs (including baths and nail trims) and cats in a boarding kennel environment. Prior kennel tech experience is a must! Hours would include Weekends!!!: Various shifts could include: Monday--Friday shifts include 7:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm Saturdays would include: 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 3:00 to 6:00 Sundays: Sunday mornings from 7:00 to 9:30/10:00; Sunday afternoons from 3:00 to 6:00 MUST be flexible on days worked, weekends ARE included as well as major holidays. You must be customer service oriented and have experience working in a kennel as a kennel technician. We need to hire this anchor spot in the next two-three weeks. Job is required to work major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
