Big Brick Market is hosting an open house for all potential vendors to come and get a first look at the next hotspot for makers and enthusiasts! The great thing about this opportunity is we will have regular business hours and you will rent your space per square foot, set up your inventory, and then let us do all the work day to day! You will not need to man your booth or get a local business license because all sales will go through Big Brick Market. Come see us anytime June 18th, 19th, or 20th between 10am-4pm (extended hours available by appointment) but please keep in mind - space is first come, first serve! You will be able to pick your location within the market and the amount of square feet to accommodate your business model. Other businesses like this in the greater tri-state area are totally full and have waiting lists to get into them - many of you know that from personal experience. For a regular vendor price per square foot is $1.25 plus a 15% fee on all sales - that percentage covers all business licenses, tax, credit card fees, etc. I will also have a special rate for canvas-type artwork that only needs to be hung. Since many works of art can take longer to sell, I will waive the per square foot price and instead charge a flat 25% per sale. It's worth noting that Big Brick Market is also a venue where we will host events such as wine & paints, wine tasting, karaoke night, game night, farmers markets and much more to come!
