Looking for support with handyman/fix-it work orders that arise in a 3-flat multifamily property. Brand new rehab, but need support as issues arise. Immediate projects include back door weatherization and security gate install, window track repair, and shelving/curtain hardware install. Someone who can provide quick response time would be preferred.
