If you have experience in carpentry, minor plumbing and general renovation, general carpentry/finishing experience with home remodeling is highly preferred. Restoration and remodeling- interior and exterior Experience with remodeling services; framing, drywall, flooring,painting, staining, and installation of cabinets, doors, windows, and millwork a plus. · Experience with exterior repairs; roofing, siding, windows a plus. Willing to learn new, specialized skills; physically able to perform a variety of work activities. Works efficiently, has a good eye for detail. We are willing to teach any additional skills required just ask that you know your way around the majority of tools used for cutting and installing You must: Presents with a clean and professional appearance. · Articulates well verbally and in writing; customer-service focused. · Demonstrates effective problem-resolution and solution-oriented thinking.
