Job Summary Property Inspector are crucial to the success of the organization as they are our eyes and ears on the ground and are responsible for all field activity. This role will join our regional team; it’s an incredible opportunity for the detailed oriented, self-motivated, team player. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, highly customer focused, technically skilled, fast moving, and technologically proficient. This position services multiple properties. Essential Job Functions – Position Requirements Complete inspections of properties and units, including but not limited to: Rent Ready, Move-In, Initial Move-Out, Move-Out, City and County Required, and Preventative Maintenance. Assist in completion of service requests and turns timely and efficiently as directed. Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new move-ins. Perform basic level routine maintenance in individual apartments, common areas and amenity areas of the properties - including, preventative maintenance, upkeep, and repairs. Post legal notices to doors and handle basic customer service for residents at properties Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash as needed. Utilize computer, tablet and smart phone software and applications Perform other tasks as needed Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in a related field, with customer service or sales experience Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Great communication skills
