Description
Our janitors provide high-quality janitorial service to the common areas and one 3,000sqft office in a retail center. Hours are flexible but mainly in the evening.
Essential Job Duties:
Remove trash and vacuum 5 days a week
Do work orders and complete other assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
Wipe down desk once a week
Dust various frames, computers and cabinets
Wipe down countertops in the kitchen
Common Area Cleaning:
Clean 4 bathrooms - Mop floors, refill sanitary products, and refill soap
Wax and strip floors where necessary.
Hose down common areas.
Work with minimum supervision
Able to operate all cleaning equipment associated with performing the job.
Able to use cleaning chemicals safely.
Other duties as assigned.
