Stupid HR people

I have run into the most stupid people in HR. I retired in 2019 but ahve found retirement a bore and wanted to return to work for a few more years, part to full time. What I ran into so far is, "Gee we see that you've had a lot of roles with no clear career path. You have no office or computer skills. Or, with all your experiences you will not be happy here." In 46 years, I worked for 1 company and was a partner then CEO of my last firm. 18 years growing in my first job and then 28 years as a partner and then CEO. So that no clear career path? That first job lead into developing my own company. No office or computer skills? What the frak? I started my last business with just two people doing all the work from customer interaction, call center and programming software. My first job I did set up primative DOS networks for manufacturing, accounting and sales reporting. You won't be happy here! That is an incompetent statement. My observation is recruiters are rude, do not read cover letters or resumes, and never return calls. You can have two or three in person interviews and never hear back that they hired another. They have never taken a financial risk, been responsible for people and clients - but yet are perfectly happy to tear you down! So if there is a competent recruiter or employer, I have not meet one yet. Also, do not use recruitment websites. My information was sold as my email in box is now flooded with spam. One not for profit did not use blind email cc's within Google email, did not respond to my suggestion to use blind cc's and did not acknowledge or offer an apology that one of my email accounts was exposed.
