Hello! My name is Sindi and I have benefited greatly from the meditation techniques that I have been teaching for over 25 years. I love them! They relax my body, help me to make changes and overcome challenges in my life. I am a happier person because I use them. You can learn them and use them too! It is important to me to share this information with others. I want you to feel better and have an easier life. I hope to have the opportunity to share these techniques with you! I am based in Seattle, but this class will be taught remotely in a class on Facebook. Contact me for the link. In this power hour, you will learn everything that you need to meditate and continue your meditation practice on your own. Learn techniques to assist you in your meditations and your everyday life. Discover how to be more grounded, centered and in the present moment. Experience releasing unwanted energies such as, stress, anxiety, uncomfortable emotions and other disturbances. If you've struggled with meditation before, I encourage you to give this form of meditation a try. It is a seated style using an Egyptian meditation posture.
