Need flexibly available handyman, Jack or Jill of all trades, pleasant, strong, independent but able to work with others, and willing to take direction, for large estate. Older person fine as long as able to climb and carry.
MUST live within 15 minutes of our address.
1099-based regular work.
Can start now or as late as mid-July.
