$125 Water feature stopped running - need help fixing it

Our water feature was running fine and it turns on for some reason it is not running - may be connection is loose or the wiring to timer got off. Need to test motor if that is running. Need someone to fix the issue, put it on timer to run every day in the evening around 4:00 pm and also set it up in a way that it can be run off timer if we want it to on some days. Need someone to help out with the fix - someone with experience in water features install and maintenance. Quick in and out job. We are located in Legacy Ridge golf course community on Sheridan and 104th crossing. We need someone who has the right skills to investigate and turn it on.
