We are an independent label signing-on artists exclusively and/or seeking artists to include/feature in our collective music project. We are a (grow together) label who is still in the launch process label-wise but we will not consider ourselves a [beginner or start-up] due to the seasoned members in each area of operations. Many will consider us a small group, but with a grand vision and proper execution there is nothing small about this mission. 1. Seeking Singers (submit links or files of your acoustical/ acapella singing; links to your music; or live performance videos) 2. Seeking engineers/music producers/musicians (send your beats or production creds; videos) 3. Seeking dedicated songwriters (you don't have to be a singer) We already have members of all 3 of the above as apart of our crew but we desire expansion and growth. The more hands, the better. We don't have a genre focus or style focus, though we are currently more prominent in R&B, funk, hip hop (old & new), rap, some jazz, neo-[soul]. We definitely desire more acoustical projects, and work in genre's such as country, soft rock, indie, soul, and even in the creation of musical fusions! But after all, what sounds/feels good, sounds/feels good. That's what music is all about. Stay away if you consider yourself flakey or inconsistent. We need members that want to better themselves endlessly, and can give us at least 1-2 days of session time almost weekly. Also being willing to do your musical duties on your own time outside of our studio session time together. If you live further away we can work something out. (We are currently working with a male singer from Maryland and he is showing us that he wants IT, no excuses) If you are an artist and you don't know the business side of the music world, I suggest you educate yourself and/or locate a trustworthy manager, we aren't teaching it but when the time pertains the contractual agreements will come out! We are currently structuring the business/intellectual property side of things in the background.
