unclog my rooftop air conditioner drain tube

My rooftop air conditioner units drain tube is clogged so water is flowing back into our unit and into our retail business all over our brand new wood floor. The unit is on the roof and I do not had a ladder tall enough to make it up there. Can you help me? If so, call me I need to get it fixed ASAP.
