Aloha, I am looking for your un-used yard space to create a flower garden in exchange for monthly rent and share of the flowers. Need water access, but usage will be minimal on drip. Only access to the location once a day for a couple hours to maintain and harvest. Using organic gardening methods and no machines. Thank you!
