Responsibilities Provide labor as a Carpenter on home repair projects, including but not limited to hanging and finishing drywall, installing windows, doors, and trim, basic electrical and plumbing repairs, siding, and shingling repairs. As well as general labor, maintenance and is willing to complete extra tasks as needed. A person that will represent our company in a professional, ethical and courteous manner. Work Experience Two years minimum experience in repairs and maintenance on homes or apartments. Education High school diploma or GED Other requirements and expectations Valid Michigan drivers license and insurable with our insurance carrier Responsible for service vehicle and tools issued during employment. Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to organize, schedule work and other materials This position requires being able to lift a minimum of 50LB's, with regular bending, kneeling and twisting Job type: full-time Salary: $20-$30 per hour Benefits 401k Flexible schedule Vacation and Holiday Pay Schedule 8 hour shifts Covid-19 considerations: We are complying with reasonable COVID-19 requirements as needed License/Certification Driver’s license (required)
