Exterior restoration and waterproofing company seeking an effective individual to join our growing team. This person must possess the following qualities/skills: - Trustworthy - Punctual - Great multi-tasker - Respectful - Confident - Knowledgeable - Valid (clean) driver's license - Ability to operate forklift effectively - Strong decision making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills - English & Spanish/Portuguese - Computer literate, with experience in email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Highly self-motivated, organized, dependable & takes initiative Responsible for the following, but not limited to: - Help coordinate projects, orders, sales, proposals & quotes - Organizing inventory, delivery orders, & documentation - Accounting & data entry - Assist with deliveries where required - Bringing helpful & creative ideas that can improve the company - Liaise with suppliers and transport companies - Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures - Help maintain/manage building common areas Ultimately, we are looking for someone to ensure everyday tasks are running smoothly and promptly.
