HID card and miscellaneous low-value personal items found scattered in the street near the intersection of 61st and Oakland Ave in south Minneapolis the morning of Saturday, June 18.
There is evidence that the items may have been thrown out of a Hyundia.
The HID is on a lanyard for an organization/facility located in Ramsey County that deals with children and adults with developmental disabilities.
