**Great small part time job for retired and self employed** Elite Building Services is looking for someone to work (2) days per month, 8-9 hours every other week, visiting LabCorp Medical Labs to make inspections of the cleaning being done by evening cleaners. $18 per hour to use your own vehicle to visit labs in the North of Boston, MA, Portsmouth, NH and southern Maine, on a rotational basis. The gas reimbursement is: $0.625 per mile. You are paid for your travel time from one location to the next. You choose which day you would like to work every other week and it is flexible. Hours are daytime anytime between 7:00am and 4:30pm. NO nights and NO weekends. (Preferred to live in Lawrence, Haverill, Methuen area.) We provide training, must have 2 years of any kind of property inspection or quality control work. Must be at least 18 years old, good working reliable car, legal to work in the US with papers and living in the North Shore of MA, Southern Maine or Portsmouth, NH area. English required to communicate with staff and employees. This job requires a lot of driving. Professional appearance and attention to detail a must. Good communication skills.
