Job Summary CAC Mechanical is seeking a mature, hard-working individual who is looking to get into HVAC service. We provide small group on-site training at the shop and hands-on training in the field with the service manager and experienced service technicians. You’ll get your hands dirty right out of the gate and have the support you need to succeed. It’s important that you have a mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. You’ll learn to service boilers, chillers, rooftop units, VAV systems, split systems, computer room units, ice machines and controls. A universal EPA certification is required within 6 months of employment. No classroom training is required for this certification, and we’ll help you learn what you need to pass with flying colors. You need to possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
