I came up with an app concept that can be the beginning of a whole new category. When booking an outing which includes separate business, you need multiple reservations. I figured out a way to book activities like jet skis, bowling, and dinner all with one reservation. The benefit would be that customers are able to pay once while having a seamless experience. Think of it like being able to book a staycation with an itinerary. I also came up with hardware concepts and ancillary revenue streams that can be the next market leader. I am willing to disclose this idea in exchange for the terms below which are negotiable. Deal Memo: I would like 100k to disclose this idea. I would like 10% equity if you decide to move forward with the company. I would like a 5% royalty in perpetuity. My 10% cannot be diluted. You will own 90% if you decided to move forward with this concept. I will be a silent partner.
