The nonprofit Financial Wellness Conference returns to Wausau's Northcentral Technical College on Saturday 10/22. Doors open at 7:30 for a light breakfast and welcoming remarks from Mayor Rosenberg. Classes start at 9:15 and go all day until lunch, with 15 classes offered on various topics and age-appropriate classes for kids 6-18. Heather Martell, of the Place of H, will be the luncheon keynote speaker. Free features: light breakfast and box lunch; childcare for kids 2 and older; credit report with credit score printed onsite; one-on-one consultation with credit experts.
