We are looking to add to our team. You must enjoy what you do for a living, a positive attitude is a must. We provide some tools as well as specialty tools. Requirements: 10+ years Professional Automotive Experience, is preferred but willing to waver that for someone with the right skills and mindset. ASE certified (preferred) Must be able to work independently and be self motivated as well as work well with others, teamwork is key. Must be computer literate Experience using Fleetio is a huge plus! Responsibilities include: Fleet Maintenance Management Fleet Maintenance Plans and Procedures Fleet Maintenance Program set up, monitoring and upkeep Parts Inventory Must be computer literate Fleet Maintenance, updating, scheduling and monitoring Work order start to finish management Technician management, scheduling and workflow Available for fleet issues while on the road Being on time Reliable & Dependable Honest & Trustworthy Work effectively and efficiently Complete Vehicles Inspections thoroughly Complete Required Work Assigned via RO (Work Orders) Perform all diagnosis and repairs in a timely manner Provide recommendations when issues or potential vehicle issues are spotted Perform basic maintenance, tune-ups, diagnosis and repairs including transmission and engine replacement, as needed or when needed. Keep a safe and clean working environment Have own tools and toolbox and or tool cart (this is not a must)
