Live at Hale and other programs coordinated by Hale’s artist-in-residence are made possible by the generosity of The Margaret Stewart Lindsay Foundation. About the ArtistsThree at HomeWith Dan Russo on vocals and keyboard and Mary Casiello on guitar, Three At Home delivers pop folk with a kick that invites audiences both tearfully and joyfully to sing along. Their 2018 debut EP, "Perfectly Unclear," runs deep into the rock-and-roll territory of bands like The Black Keys, while still maintaining a focus on the tight harmonies that they are known for in their acoustic performances. Their most recent album playlist, released in 2021, takes that focus and turns it up a notch, highlighting harmonies, raucous distortion, incredible guitar solos, and smart songwriting. They released their single “Magnificat” in June of this year and will be releasing two more singles during the summer of 2022. Sample their music here. Steve RobbSteve Robb has been an active member of the music scene west of Boston since the early 2000s, fronting a variety of bands and hosting open mics, and also curating musical events for the Arts Wayland organization. In 2021 he released his self-produced, original full-length album "Cabin Fever," raising money for Guitars4Vets (for which he also teaches guitar) with sales of the CD. Gifted with a knack for turning a phrase, and a cursed inability to focus on one style or genre, Steve’s songs span from Country to Blues, Reggae to Americana. He also is host of the podcast series Song Creating, available on most streaming platforms. More on Steve and his music can be found at SteveRobb.com. Erin Ash SullivanMassachusetts-based singer-songwriter Erin Ash Sullivan’s initial foray into music was as one-half of the folk duo Edith O. with Amy Speace. After a hiatus to focus on her family and career as an educator, she returned to writing and performing. In May 2021, she released her debut solo album, "We Can Hear Each Other," which reached #10 on the FAI DJ Chart; her single, “Fireflies,” reached #8. She has been the recipient of the 2022 Mark Erelli Judge’s Choice Award in the New England Songwriting Competition, a 2022 Songwriter Serenade Semifinalist, a 2021 Finalist in the Rose Garden Performing Songwriter Competition, and a finalist in the 2021 Mid-Atlantic Song Contest. Victor Infante of the Worcester Telegram & Gazette describes her music as “delicate and evocative” with songs full of “nuance and emotional resonance.” Sample her music here.
