PFLAG Hanover/Madison is proud to partner with the Historic Ohio Theatre and The Denton Affair shadow cast of Cincinnati to bring you Madison's inaugural screening of Rocky Horror Picture Show! The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical comedy horror film by 20th Century Fox. In this cult classic, sweethearts Brad (Barry Bostwick) and Janet (Susan Sarandon), stuck with a flat tire during a storm, discover the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), a transvestite scientist. As their innocence is lost, Brad and Janet meet a houseful of wild characters, including a rocking biker (Meat Loaf) and a creepy butler (Richard O'Brien). Through elaborate dances and rock songs, Frank-N-Furter unveils his latest creation: a muscular man named "Rocky." Rocky Horror Picture Show is rated R so you must be at least 17 to attend. The Denton Affair will have "Theatre Approved" Prop Kits available for purchase: The cost of prop bags is 1 bag for $3, or 2 bags for $5. The prop bags include:-newspaper-noisemaker-party hat-rubber glove-playing cards-toilet paper Please do not bring outside props and we would ask that attendees refrain from throwing any items directly at the screen. Costumes are welcome but please mind public decency laws both outside and inside the venue. Rocky Horror is an audience participation film.
