This five course pairing dinner will take place at Palooza Brewery & Gastropub from 6:30pm to 8:30 pm. It will feature wines from Enkidu such as the wonderful Humbaba blend and their Sonoma County Pinot. It will also feature plates from our new head Chef Eric Moulton who has years of experience cooking with fresh, local ingredients. This is an event not to miss!
