Get ready for a very special Summer Wine Dinner at LEX 530 on Friday, July 8. This is the debut wine dinner for our new LEX 530 Executive Chef LeMond Nance. We hope you can join us for this amazing meal paired with some fantastic wines. The reception starts at 6 pm. Dinner begins at 6:30 pm. Reception: Foie gras on toast with onion jam served with the Glenwood Cellars Chardonnay and Glenwood Cellars Merlot. Salad: Roasted beet salad with pears and oranges tossed in a citrus vinaigrette. Paired with the 2020 Philippe Girard Sancerre. Fish: Crab cakes with butter-melted leeks and sweet, roasted corn coulis. Paired with the 2020 Raymond Vineyard Napa Chardonnay. Entrée: Black peppercorn-crusted filet of beef over angel-hair with shallots and tomatoes tossed in olive oil, served with roasted asparagus in a balsamic glaze and garlic toast points. Paired with the 2019 Glenwood Cellars Noah’s Cabernet Franc. Dessert: Chocolate and raspberry tart with red wine infused whipping cream. Paired with the 2008 Tiedemann Signature Series Red Wine. We look forward to seeing everyone at this special Wine Dinner. There is limited seating for this event and we expect it to fill up fast. We are located at 530 E. Lexington Avenue in Elkhart. Guests must be at least 21 years of age, with a valid ID. Tickets are $100.00 (tax not included). Please purchase your ticket by noon on Friday, July 1st.
