Let’s HIKE... sip TEA ... and meditate in a PROSPERITY state, knowing that all we have is now, and all we need is within. More Water, More Life! + Something to capture your downloads (good 'ole pen and paper) + Comfortable everything - outfit, shoes, hat, glasses, sunscreen, and everything under the sun. literally :) Our meeting place is where the "Runyon Canyon Park Welcomes You" sign. Love, Giesa About Me - I am a travel registered nurse and a new nurse coach. Aside from caring for a living, I am also a student of self-growth and development. I learned that progress equals happiness and I believe that wherever our focus goes, our energy flows. I am up to a life-long journey of self-discovery and exploration as a spiritual being having human experiences with the intention to fill my own cup to have more than enough to give, share, and teach others.
