Has clearly been out on the streets for a while. Skin and bones. But, was obviously loved once. Litter box trained and very sweet when approached with patience. Found in the neighborhood just south of Reid Park. Please email me with a description of your cat so that I can determine immediately if this one is potentially your little lost love.
