Connect deeply with your divine energy as we gather in a powerful circle of learning for the purposes of becoming more in touch with our hearts' powerful potential, with the guidance of our plant guide, Cacao. Cacao is deeply reveered as a sacred plant to many indigenous communities throughout the American Continent and adjoining islands. It is known as "Divine Food for the Soul”. This beautiful plant has many health benefits. One can experience healing over time, but immediately witnesses the transformation of heart and mind resonance. To experience the fullness of Cacao energy, I strongly suggested you come with an empty stomach. No heavy meals 2-3 hours before ceremony. If you cannot tolerate fasting beforehand, please only drink some juice. During the ceremony we will discuss 4 sacred elements and how they can help you. Intention setting is encouraged prior to arriving. The ceremony will include a space to evoke more joyful unity through ancestral sacred songs. Bring your musical instruments. As we raise our vibrations together in celebration and gratitude of the heart, let's resonate with our intentions and future visions for our individual selves and all life., ❤️🙏🍃 What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, or small rug to sit on. If you have a favorite cup/mug you can bring it, Bring water to drink to stay hydrated, as cacao is a natural detoxifire If you would like to charge your crystals or any special item you can add it to the altar. Fresh flowers for the altar are also welcomed 🌸 Bring your instrument and share uplifting sacred songs with us!
