Finding water leak

I need help! I've got a slow water leak somewhere on my property and would like to hire someone to locate and fix the leak. As far as I can tell, the leak is outside the house. I've got about 1/2 an acre with loads of irrigation. I think I've narrowed it down to a couple hidden shut off valves (I've got vague description where they are) but can't say for sure. I'm offering $200 to find and fix the leak, no matter how quickly or long it might take. No payout though if leak isn't corrected. Big risk, big reward! I've got access to the water meter so it's easy to see if the leak stops.
