Need help w/dirt lot - scraping, hauling dirt, installing bollards

I am looking for help on my property (a commercial dirt lot) near downtown Petaluma. Specifically, I need to: 1) scrape the land to remove weeds, blackberry bushes, etc. 2) haul away the scraped dirt 3) help to spread new dirt that I will have delivered to the property 4) help to spread rock that will be delivered to the property 5) help to install bollards and chains at driveways to keep unwanted vehicles off the property If you are honest, reliable, hard-working, and charge a reasonable rate, I'm interested in hearing from you!
