Company Overview: A Clean Gutter PLUS is a company located in San Jose, California looking for a qualified Property Maintenance Technician with Gutter & Roof Cleaning experience. We provide high quality customer service to our residents by quickly and efficiently resolving maintenance needs. Job Skills: 1. Experience with hand tools/power tools and Ladders 2. Knowledge of Basic Electric, plumbing, handyman, etc. 3. Mechanically inclined Equipment: Vehicle, Tools & uniform provided. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: 1. Full-Time 2. 8 hours a day guaranteed Pay Rate: $30-$35 depending on experience and quality Experience: 1. Gutter & Roof Cleaning (1 year preferred) 2. Management Experience (1 year preferred) 3. Facilities Maintenance (1 year preferred) Education: 1. High School or equivalent (preferred) License/Certifications/qualifications: 1. Driver’s License (required) 2. U.S work authorization (required) Physical Demands: 1. Must be able to lift over 50 lbs. 2. Must be able to work in the heat or cold weather. 3. Must be comfortable on roofs and ladders.
