Facilities Assistant
Onsite in Union City, CA
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm

Our leading retail/ecommerce client is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join their team in Union City, CA. This position starts off as a temporary assignment with the potential for conversion, which will be based on productivity and business need. Job Duties:
- Collect cardboard throughout the building and breakdown for recycle
- Wipe down and arrange tables and chairs outside of lobby
- Water plants and fountain in front of building
- Back-up cashier for café
- Back up shipping/receiving
- Meeting set up/removal
- Help clean out refrigerators on Fridays
- Clean marks on walls
- Assist with furniture moving/reconfigure desks as needed
- Back up office supply replenishment, maintain coffee machines
- Help cleaning/disinfecting meeting rooms - daily
- Help with kitchen clean up
- Projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
