Woodmont is seeking a hard working, dependable individual to perform all the janitorial duties for our beautiful, brand new 300+ unit apartment community located in Millbrae. The schedule is 40 hours per week. This position requires an individual to clean all exterior common areas, such as: stairways, pool areas, carports, laundry rooms, offices and models daily. This position may also require painting as well as the use of backpack blowers and power washers.
