Full time position, compensation is hourly pay with benefits We are searching for a groundskeeper for an apartment community in Pleasant Hill This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM We are searching for a mid-level groundskeeper with excellent customer service skills that has the knowledge of common gardening methods, tools and repairs. Job requires being honest, ethical and have excellent attendance. We are looking for a reliable worker that can follow instructions and fulfill obligations in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the daily maintenance and upkeep of the property grounds including irrigation and other landscape/maintenance duties assigned. Some examples of duties includes cultivating, watering, fertilizing and trimming hedges, lawns, trees, and shrubs; transplanting shrubs and flowers; mowing lawns; picking up paper trash and other debris; and other groundskeeper maintenance tasks as needed. Physical Requirements: Must be in good physical condition for doing strenuous and possibly heavy outdoor work. Must be able to perform duties of the job while standing, walking and bending for extended periods of time. Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Full Time, Monday through Friday position with Medical Benefits, Holiday Pay and Paid Time Off. Compensation is BOE $20-$22
