I am posting this for my friend who lives on hoen ave in santa rosa ca near the high school. about a week ago a young white man cockatiel flew away and is too young to know how to get back so if anyone in that area sees a young white male cockatiel please call he has raised the bird since it hatched hand fed him and is really worried thank you for any and all help
