Yellow Headed Amazon Parrot he is a bit cage territorial but once he’s off of it he sometimes will let you pick him up once you spend some times with him. He will also laugh from times or say hello. Doesn’t come with a cage and I do live in Nevada but sometimes I drive up to Cali a lot. Shoot me a good offer no low baller this is not a cheap bird.
