Residential Construction company located in Redmond, WA., serving Eastside King County seeking the right candidates for a Skilled Remodel Carpenter, Painter, drywaller to join our team. The right candidate will be tooled up, have reliable transportation, prompt, organized, friendly and motivated. We specialize in interior and some exterior remodels and will be looking for a person that is well rounded in all aspects of remodeling. Job Description Responsibilities: • Demo / job site prep • Light framing • Siding • Window & door replacement • Interior millwork • Cabinetry installation • Specialty finish carpentry • Painting • drywall Tiling experience is a plus Laminate Flooring • updates on the job and upcoming tasks • Follow construction safety guidelines • Move at an efficient pace to complete project. timelines • QUALITY CRAFTSMANSHIP! Requirements: • 2 years experience in Residential Construction/Remodeling • Fully tooled, we will supply any specialty tools • Construction friendly vehicle; truck/van/SUV • Works well as part of a team. • Prompt and timely • Hygienic and clean • Friendly and professional • Able to maintain a high standard for time management • On the fly problem solving skills • Attention to details and accuracy • Willing and able to commit and adapt with our. growing company
