Hello. My name is George Ferran, and I am a former San Francisco Giants RHP. I have retained the rights to represent Whatcom and Skagit Counties as a licensed evaluator for Area Scouts, www.areascouts.com. Area Scouts is a new and upcoming game changing service offering young athletes and their parents an option for athletic development. We offer sport specific evaluation and overall movement assessments to ensure the athletic development, and more importantly, the health of the athlete during their physical growth and development. I am offering a complimentary total B.A.S.E. evaluation, a $107 value, free to the first 5 athletes or families who reserve with me. All athletes, to succeed in their given sport, must move in the proper sequence, and with the proper bio mechanic movement to ensure their healthy and successful development. In addition, the athlete must work in the proper sequence with the endurance necessary to hopefully excel in their specific sport. Our B.A.S.E. assessment involves the completion of a score based series of strength, speed, agility, and flexibility drills to establish a baseline of atheltic development. These drills are videotaped, and then, under Dr. Anthony Inzillo, () our Director of Sports Medicine and Performance, evaluates the athlete and provides the appropriate strength, stretch, and agility, exercises to overcome weak areas and enhance strengths. Dr. Inzillo worked under Dr. James Andrews, world renowned sports orthopedic surgeon, and has also worked for the Atlanta Falcons, and the XFL during his young career.
