Construction Site Punch Laborer Job Overview: Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Responsible for final finish of all units and quality control. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Education/Certificates:​ Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area of general manual labor or construction Duties Include: Walk all units inspecting for quality Change hardware when necessary Touch up paint as needed Identify and rectify minor repair and finish issues, for example; counters are caulked, dents or damage to doors are filled and sanded, etc. At Fairfield, we are proud to be a leader in the multifamily housing industry.
