Join us all summer long as we bring lululemon Mall of America's classes and experiences outdoors! From June through September, meet us out in the Minneapolis community! These signature experiences will incorporate special guests, live music, giveaways, and much more! Experience all that our lululemon MOA's experiential store has to offer, where you want to be this summer – in the sun. This week ignite your wild with the team of Embrace North! HEAT UP: Mobility work + Workout with live music from DJ KirkabeeCHILL OUT: Pop-up Neapolitan pizza experience with Pizza + People—Did someone say Neapolitan pizza? We did! Homemade 🇮🇹 Neapolitan pizza will be prepared for guests by Rory Calabria and Stephan Quie of Northeast MPLS. This duo has been hosting pizza making pop-ups around MPLS this summer and we are excited to feature their mission of creating excellent pizza and connecting great people. +PLEASE BRING: Towel, clothes to move in, clothes to get wet in, and clothes to be comfortable in, and plastic bag for wet clothes! Luis Leonardo, owner of www.embracenorth.com - personal/group trainer who has developed his own method of coaching people how to stay active and fit with human functional training mixing cold and heat exposure via ice water and sauna. Luis is originally from Guatemala and has been "embracing living in MN" and teaching this lifestyle for the last 7 years. Luis believes that daily exposure to the outside of the comfort zone is a great way to stay fit and healthy while seeking for human longevity. Embrace North exposes people to a high dose of "feeling alive & breaking mental barriers" through exercise/cold/heat exposure/breath control with the Embrace North approach. To create a higher sense of community and acceptance with the participants of the event. This Embrace North experience will leave you feeling very alive, energized and resilient!
