Handyman, carpenter, roofer needed!

Boiling Springs SC

Description

I need an already delivered, prefab shed built by the RIGHT person - someone experienced, somebody legitimate, and someone RELIABLE… so many people who don’t return calls, show up late, or simply don’t show up at all. Blows my mind. I am have a pre-cut/prefabricated 12‘ x 16‘ shed already delivered. It requires assembly. It also requires roofing shingles, paper/rubber underpayment, drip edge flashing, etc. to be installed when complete. The treated, engineered wood siding is factory primed and ready to paint or can have siding placed on it to match my house. So it also needs to be painted. It is going in my backyard on a section of the property that is pretty flat and pretty level, though I have a bunch of gravel delivered, plus vapor barrier, concrete pillars, and 2x6’s to use as a base. The shed was bought from and delivered by Lowe’s and the full details can be seen here: I have an electrical outlet nearby, as well as the roofing shingles and other “stuff“ needed to do the roof. I need a small trench dug and power run (about 30-40 feet off the garage/power source to the new shed) to it….maybe a few outlets, a center/interior light, and a switch. I have plenty of Romex, but need the gang boxes, outlets, switch, and center/beam light. Get back to me only if you are skilled, serious, and AVAILABLE. I need this done ASAP. My home is in Boiling Springs, SC off Parris Bridge Road and Old Furnace Road. * The gravel/vapor barrier/2x6’s are being delivered this Sunday morning 06/19 so if you wanna start or feel you can knock it out in a day, great. If you think you need two days, Sunday can be a start day OR you next Sat/Sun is also fine - let me know! * ** I posted this about two weeks ago, got a gazillion replies, some showed up, most didn’t. I was given a range of numbers - from $500 (I’d love that, but I don’t think that’s realistic if you plan to do it RIGHT) up to $1,700 including painting it, doing the roof, and running the power. I have a Master Electrician who did work in the house who is also a carpenter say he’d do it for $1,200 complete but he’s horribly unreliable and has been a no-show this whole last week. Where I’d LIKE to be is at $1,000, which I think is fair for a day or two’s work, especially since everything is already cut to size, and I have any tools and supplies needed if you’re in need. If that is not in your financial wheelhouse, I’m ok with that. But if it is, I have bills with dry ink and am willing to pay 1/3 on arrival and at the start, with the rest done once it’s complete. **
