Job Description: Wholesale Glass and Mirror Co. is seeking an individual with strong knowledge of residential glass installation. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years glass experience, in the field.
Hours and Travel: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Duties: Typical duties for this position includes: Measuring windows, glass panel, showers, mirrors, skylights and various glass applications.
Job Skills & Qualifications:
· Technical expertise necessary, knowing specifics in job applications, including; shape, size, type and thickness of glass to be installed, framing locations, procedures for installation, materials or hardware needed, or any staging items needed for work to be completed.
· Can read shop drawings
· Has a basic understanding of building & construction methods, materials & tools.
· Effective and positive communication skills.
· Successfully work with general contractors and home owners.
· Team player with a positive attitude.
