It's coming. The longest day of the year - beginning of summer! Let's celebrate in kindred community the summer solstice with the ancient feminine spirit medicine cacao. The ceremony will include: heart chakra activation, breath work, ecstatic dance and yogic dream sound bath with the singing bowls. We will reflect on the season shift that is passing and set intentions to light our way into a new one. May we nourish and grow, uplift each other and be the change in the world we wish to see. Where: At Glow Yoga! Our journey begins within a sacred smudging circle in the delight of mother nature to ignite the light of pure love bathing in the light of the setting sun as it passes through the shady tree on the back deck. We'll then pass into candlelit ceremony indoors. THE CALL TO CEREMONY Listen to the call of my heart whisper of my soul ... I find myself drawn to sit in circle ... To be facilitated in ceremony ...
