Registration Fee: $10 When: Friday, September 9, 2022 Event Time: 7:00-11:00 PM (includes awards announcement and post-party time) Boats Line-up at 7:30/Parade Begins at approximately 8:00 PM Rally Point: East side of G-17 Lighted Buoy off Tydings Park in Havre de Grace. Judging in front of the lighthouse at Concord Point Park Winners announced at Concord Point Park on the Main Stage at 10:00 PM Registrants receive 2 FREE DRINK tickets good during festival hours all weekend at Concord Point Beer Garden!
