TOWSON, MD — An apartment fire broke out in Towson on Thursday afternoon, officials said. An engine and truck from the Providence Volunteer Fire Company were at the scene in the unit block of Ecoway Court, officials reported before 7:15 p.m. The fire had been on the second floor of the building, according to the Providence Volunteer Fire Company.
