HCC is seeking an adjunct instructor to prepare and teach a College-level Nutrition class (BIOL 210). Course topics include guidelines for a healthy diet; nutrient functions and corresponding food selection; ability to recognize the relationship between diet, lifestyle practices, and disease; deficiency diseases and toxicity concerns; and the ability to read and interpret food labels and critically evaluate nutrition information.
