Press release from the Horry County Government: June 15, 2022 Horry County is now accepting applications for infrastructure projects to be funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). In addition, Horry County is now accepting applications for public service projects to be funded through Community Development Block Grant COVID-19 (CDBG-CV) and/or American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding. Previous recipients of Horry County ARPA or CDBG funding are not eligible to apply in this round. Previous recipients of Horry County ARPA or CDBG funding are not eligible to apply in this round.
