NORTHFIELD, MN — The autopsy of Mercedez Rocha, the Northfield woman found dead in a snowbank in Rochester in March, was recently released.
Rocha was reported missing Feb. 18.
The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office found that Rocha's cause of death was ingestion and/or injection of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine.
Rocha's body was found in a snow bank near Gage Elementary School on March 16, police said.

The police department said that Rocha's body appeared to have been in the snow pile for "some time," and there was no immediate threat to the public.
