NORTHFIELD, MN — The autopsy of Mercedez Rocha, the Northfield woman found dead in a snowbank in Rochester in March, was recently released. Rocha was reported missing Feb. 18. The Southern Minnesota Regional Medical Examiner's Office found that Rocha's cause of death was ingestion and/or injection of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine. Rocha's body was found in a snow bank near Gage Elementary School on March 16, police said.
