Press release from the City of Eden Prairie:
June 15, 2022
For the ninth year in a row, the City of Eden Prairie has been named one of the Top Workplaces in Minnesota by the "Star Tribune." The rankings are based on survey information collected by Energage, an independent company specializing in employee engagement and retention. The analysis, which measures engagement, organizational health and satisfaction, and compares those results with the best-performing and most progressive companies in the state, includes responses from more than 79,000 employees at Minnesota public, private and nonprofit organizations.
City Manager Rick Getschow said the City's core values of collaboration, innovation, integrity, performance and relationships are key to its high-performing and engaged work culture. "Our values guide everything we do, and our employees embrace these values when serving our residents, businesses, visitors and coworkers," he said.
