Searching for FRANK’S finders

Hi! I was all ready to adopt Frank from PACC about a month ago but ran out of time to return for him to meet my other dogs. I was planning to return the next day. I checked the website again and to my disappointment he had been adopted. I was pleased to see him listed back on PACC’s found page. I even called twice to check if he would be up for adoption. Sadly, my calls were returned that Frank’s adopters had decided NOT to keep him but that his finders decided they would. I don’t know why I am convinced Frank is the missing piece to complete my pack, but this feeling is strong! If his finders happen to see this, please know that if you are willing to let me have him, I will insure he has the most amazing adventurous life with us! I hope you contact me. He is probably about a year now and an adorable little 40ish pound blue heeler mix. Thanks in advance for considering making my vision come to fruition. I have a photo of his intake photo and ID number
